Improved 2millionblog Site Design
Welcome to the redesigned 2millionblog.com site. Over the last couple weeks I have been focusing my time on trying to take advantage of some of the site's unused real estate and update the site's layout to provide more direct linking to the stuff you are most interested in. I have also been thinking about the future direction of this site and have left some room to "grow" into over time.
I hope you will enjoy the new layout. Please take a look around and let me know what you think.

If "improved" means "more ads", then you have definitely achieved your goal. I think it's tacky how many ads are on your site now.

On my browser (firefox) the formatting looks messed. The page is too wide.

Haha thats funny - I have literally added only one more ad (the sharebuilder one) on my site. The main thing I did was rearrange the rest of the ads.
Thanks for letting me know about the firefox issue- ill have to see if I can fix that.

Wow this is interesting - somehow my whole design was removed from the blog - its reverted back to the old layout. Wierd - will fix it in the next few minutes

Should be fixed now...

Hmmm... I like the new look.
Funny that I also changed my blog to a 3 column format this weekend.

Looks good! Like a little facelift.
It does look a bit off in Firefox. I see the right side overflow as well, and the blog links are blurry. Both of these show fine in Internet Explorer. (Windows for both)

Looks GREAT!!!! Congrats!

I see the issues with Firefox - I will continue to tinker around with it. Thanks for the feedback

Did you use a pre-existing 3-column template from somewhere, or create it yourself? Looks nice.

All kluged together by yours truly...

$2M,
It looks fine.
Most importantly, the ads don't interrupt reading the blog.
Our of curiousity, how much income can a publicly quoted blogger like yourself count on from ads?
Have a great Monday,

Overall I like it 2M. I will say that I personally prefer a centered blog design rather than the left justified version, but that is just me.

The first word that came to my mind when I seen your page: cluttered. If you have ever read Malcolm Gladwell's "Blink," you know that first impressions may mean bunches. What orginally drew my attention to your blog was the crisp and straight-forward content. That feel has been dramatically reduced.
A ton of postive feedback feels nice, but reveals nothing.
An ounce of genuine constructive critisicm speaks volumes. No hard feelings

Thanks for the honest feedback. I appreciate it - and will give it some serious thought.
Feel free to offer some suggestions if you have any to reduce the "clutter" feel.

I made some additional spacing adjustments that I hope will reduce the "clutter" feel. Let me know if you can tell the difference...

It's Mr. Constructive Criticism here again. The additional spacing adds much improvement, again I noticed it the moment I pulled up your page. I could'nt figure out just what it was so I had to check these comments. I also like the change in today's title color. The orange blended in too much with the ads on the left, now the title jumps out at you. It's coming along nicely but I know you can do a little better!
