  • I have decided to post this last post, whoever reads it will benefit from its ideas. For one thing the owner of this blog is going in reverse into debt, as I have stated before you cannot buy property with debt, you need CASH, this idiot thinks he can get rich by taking a loan.

For a start he or she should have started a biz or get a higher paying job to get the CASH required to make smart investments, "selective inflation" would one of the ways to make money, another method would be to leverage on the high unemployment rate in the World today and start a job search or a employment agency on a regional basis, country basis then global basis, the biz won't make you rich saving your income from the biz will make you rich.

As I have stated before stagflation has been playing havoc with the property market. Rising prices of houses but lower and lower rentals.

    Gotta go, too busy.

    Anonymous Millionaire.

  • The financial crisis is spreading to all the sectors and the ultimate results will be available by the end of 2009. Anyway

the crisis is very crusial to all western markets since its a prestigeous counter movement from these governments and it

should show some good results by the mid of next year atleast. But in terms of asian countries, it is a good opportunity to

find alternative solutions and reconfirm their best practices followed over the past years. Some of the basic causes of

financial crisis is, bad credit loans processed by the financial institutions to the customers and third parties. But in case

of growing markets, most of the banks are assuring the creditworthiness of their clients twice since most of the clients are

not high profile clients. Hence this didn't make much impact on their financial systems and processed loan payment shedules.
